PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its financial services retail store at 2332 W. Davis St., Dallas, Illinois. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team members when management is absent, and handles transaction processing, cash management, compliance, customer complaints, scheduling support, and store audits. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible hours in a busy retail environment.
