PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its retail financial services store in Phoenix, Arizona. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team members when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent, and handles transaction processing, cash management, compliance, customer complaints, and store audits. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, English fluency, and flexibility to work varied hours.
