PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its retail financial services store in Cypress, Texas. The role provides leadership over store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team members when management is absent, handles transaction processing, cash management, compliance, check approvals, scheduling, audits, and customer issue resolution. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, flexibility to work varied hours, and fluency in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
