PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Oklahoma City store at 2317 N. Pennsylvania Ave. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, and supervises team activities when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent. Responsibilities include transaction processing, cash handling, compliance, coaching CSRs, resolving customer complaints, managing schedules and audits, and maintaining a clean store environment. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, English fluency, and flexible availability.
