The role leads daily store operations, supervises team activity when managers are absent, ensures excellent customer service and compliance, handles transaction processing and cash procedures, coaches customer service representatives, supports scheduling and audits, and helps maintain a clean store environment. Candidates should have at least one year of management experience in retail, hospitality, financial services, or restaurant settings, strong communication and leadership skills, English fluency, and availability for flexible hours.
