The role includes administrative and financial duties, training and coaching Players, resolving food and service complaints, overseeing cleaning and safety compliance, and potentially performing Service Assistant, Line Cook, Server, or Bartender duties. The position requires physical work in a hot, damp environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds, using knives and kitchen machinery, and working with open flames.
