Project Renewal is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its 59th Street Women’s Shelter in Manhattan. The role supervises Residential Aides, provides shift coverage and staff training, oversees shelter operations and emergency situations, supports client orientation and medication access, documents incidents, assists with meals and recreational activities, and coordinates with clinical and case-management staff. The position pays $23.90 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of familiarity working with underserved populations, and specified safety and first-aid certifications.
