Description
Project Renewal is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Ana’s Place emergency shelter, a 108-bed 24/7 program serving homeless men with mental illness and/or substance abuse. The role supervises shift operations, reviews client incidents and documentation, coordinates with clinical and operations staff, ensures incident reporting and electronic shift summaries are completed, and provides direct assistance to clients as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience working with people diagnosed with mental illness or substance abuse, including one year in a supervisory capacity, CPR certification, and Microsoft Office knowledge. The salary is $42,000 per year.
