Project Renewal is hiring a Shift Supervisor for Clinton Residence, a 57-bed transitional treatment facility in New York City serving adults with mental illness and histories of chronic homelessness. The role supervises Front Desk/Case Aide staff, manages shift coverage and building security, provides crisis intervention, conducts inspections and fire-safety activities, delivers daily living and medication-monitoring support, escorts residents to appointments, and participates in clinical and resident meetings. A high school diploma or GED and at least three years of experience in a residential program serving people with mental illness and chemical addictions are required.
