Protec Plastics is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor to support its Production Management team at its Achim production site. The role leads a two-shift operation, operates and maintains injection molding machines, plans and monitors production, ensures quality and delivery, leads and trains employees, analyzes KPIs, supports continuous improvement and audits, and coordinates with logistics, quality assurance, and maintenance. Candidates need technical training or a relevant degree, several years of production experience, leadership experience, knowledge of production processes and quality and safety standards, and strong organizational and communication skills.
