Description
Nexans is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Erembodegem production site. The role leads 15–20 employees, manages shift staffing and daily operations, translates priorities and KPIs into actionable work, monitors safety, quality, order, and cleanliness, solves operational problems, and coordinates with maintenance, process engineering, training, and other departments. The position requires at least five years of relevant production experience, proven production leadership, a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, strong communication and coaching skills, and flexibility to work in a two-shift or permanent night-shift system.
