Milcobel is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Langemark to lead cheese production and packaging operations. The role coordinates production-line activities and schedules, ensures compliance with quality, HACCP, and safety requirements, coaches and trains employees, identifies process improvements, and reports shift results and incidents to the Production Manager. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in food technology or electromechanics or equivalent production experience, team-leadership experience, analytical ability, fluent Dutch, and willingness to work a four-shift schedule.
