Description
The Shift Supervisor leads a team of 5 to 10 machine and production operators, coaches and trains new talent, manages staff scheduling and absences, monitors technical malfunctions with technicians, and oversees quality, safety, order, and administrative tasks on the production floor. The role requires Dutch fluency, leadership, prioritization, digital and Office skills, and flexibility for a 2- or 5-shift system.
