Description
The employer is hiring a permanent shift supervisor for a production and packaging environment. The role starts and operates automated lines, sets machines using touchscreens, monitors quality and schedules, manages a team of 10–15 employees, responds to malfunctions, performs hands-on machine work, and identifies process improvements. Candidates need an ASO/TSO diploma or equivalent production experience, fluent Dutch, a forklift certificate or extensive experience, and willingness to work the two shifts of 05:30–13:30 and 13:30–21:30.
