Red Robin is hiring an Hourly Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. The role supervises peers, resolves guest interactions, optimizes profits, maintains product quality and cleanliness, and represents company and brand standards. Candidates may work in this position and other certified hourly roles based on restaurant needs, with flexible scheduling and on-the-job training. The position pays $21.17–$25.54 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 21 years of age, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
