The Shift Supervisor manages incoming and outgoing goods, schedules staff for receiving and dispatch, records shipments in inventory and warehouse management systems, supports colleagues during disruptions, coordinates picking and packing across shifts, and develops continuous improvement processes in central logistics. The role requires freight forwarding or warehouse logistics training, several years of professional experience, knowledge of inventory and warehouse management software, and strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and goal-oriented working skills.
