Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Shift Supervisor for Jacksonville Youth Academy in Jacksonville, Florida. The role manages and supervises Group Living operations, ensures ROP programs follow policies and licensing requirements, and directly supervises at least two full-time employees. Applicants need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, three years of juvenile treatment or related experience, one year of supervisory experience, and applicable state and ROP licensing requirements.
