S:US is looking for a Shift Supervisor for their women's shelter in Manhattan, New York. The supervisor will oversee and train Residential Specialists and Community Coordinators, manage schedules, coordinate tasks, evaluate documentation like security logs and maintenance orders, and lead staff training. They'll also maintain fire safety standards and potentially perform duties of residential aides or custodians when needed.
