The Mining Operations Supervisor coordinates concentrate-receiving operations, assigns shift employees, oversees sampling and quality, reports inspection and safety incidents, manages warehouse inventory, conducts risk reviews and safety talks, and assumes the Operations Supervisor role when absent. The position requires a mining-related engineering or bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in mining or occupational safety and health, and includes payroll, life insurance, training, and corporate agreements.
