Description
The Shift Supervisor leads a designated shift across paper mill, shipping, receiving, and stock preparation operations, including safety, quality, production, maintenance coordination, employee relations, troubleshooting, and shift reporting. The role reports to the Assistant Superintendent, requires at least five years of supervisory experience in the paper, converting, or corrugated industries and five or more years of cylinder-type paper machine experience, and is a rotating-shift position with physical exposure to machinery and outdoor conditions.
