Description
Sonoco is hiring a Plant Supervisor to oversee employees and production activities at its Chestnut Hill, Tennessee facility. The role supports plant business plans, safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, machine maintenance, production scheduling, problem solving, training, and emergency response. It requires a Bachelor of Science degree, at least two years of job-related experience, LEAN and supervisory knowledge, and availability for 12-hour shifts Monday through Sunday, including regular overtime or on-call work. The annual base salary is $93,600 to $105,300 plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
