Splash In Eco Car Wash is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor in Bowie, Maryland. The role leads car wash retail operations by driving membership and wash sales, maintaining operational uptime, delivering customer service, reconciling POS transactions and cash, controlling inventory, training and motivating employees, maintaining site cleanliness, and supporting administrative tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of supervisory experience in car wash, retail, or hospitality operations, sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, technology aptitude, problem-solving, organization, and process/report analysis abilities.
