Description
The Injection Molding Shift Supervisor leads manufacturing staff through scheduling, production monitoring, safety enforcement, quality procedures, employee coaching, and shift handoffs. The role also manages manufacturing data, IQMS inventory and production records, yield and efficiency metrics, continuous improvement, and employee development. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, five years of injection-molding and supervision experience, knowledge of molding processes and secondary operations, and basic computer skills.
