Terzo Enterprises is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee the intake, inspection, outbound shipping, and refurbishment operations of damaged pallets in a fast-paced production facility. The role supervises plant personnel, manages work schedules and equipment allocation, conducts quality audits and inventories, coordinates maintenance activities, and ensures safety, security, productivity, and customer-quality standards are met. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have 1–2 years of manufacturing or logistics experience plus 1–2 years of management experience; the position also requires frequent handling of 75- to 85-pound pallets.
