Description
Terzo Enterprises is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee the intake, inspection, outbound operations, and refurbishing of damaged pallets in a fast-paced production environment. Reporting to the Site Manager, the role supervises plant personnel, manages shipping and receiving schedules, coordinates equipment and maintenance activities, conducts quality audits and inventories, and ensures safety, security, productivity, and customer-quality standards are met. The position requires frequent handling of 75- to 85-pound pallets and 1-2 years of manufacturing or logistics experience, including 1-2 years of management experience.
