Description
The Shift Supervisor leads residential unit operations during assigned shifts, supervising Residential Treatment Specialists and ensuring trauma-informed care, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, restraint reduction, youth supervision, program structure, and staff safety. The role requires at least three years of residential or behavioral health experience, one year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid Ohio driver's license, background checks, a negative TB test, and specified crisis, safety, and leadership training. The schedule includes weekend and Friday–Monday shifts, with possible coverage of 7 AM–5 PM or 1 PM–11 PM, and may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
