Description
Waabi is hiring a Shift Supervisor to manage the people and truck side of its night shift at the Lancaster, Texas terminal. The role oversees Vehicle Operators and Fleet Specialists, assigns work with Dispatch, coordinates testing and commercial runs, enforces safety and compliance standards, manages crew fatigue and performance, handles shift handoffs and escalations, and represents Waabi with customers and carrier partners. The position requires at least two years of fleet, logistics, or transportation experience, leadership experience with CDL operators or shift-based teams, and strong knowledge of commercial transportation regulations; an active Class A CDL is strongly preferred. The base shift is 11:00 PM–7:30 AM CT, with flexible start and end times, extended shifts, weekends, holidays, and possible travel.
