Description
Zapp is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead one of its London grocery fulfilment centres for the duration of a shift. The role is full time at 40 hours per week, with a £33,000 base salary plus paid overtime for hours beyond the 40-hour week. The supervisor is the most senior person on site and is responsible for managing up to 15 associates, driving productivity and order accuracy, maintaining stock integrity and waste controls, training and coaching staff, ensuring health and safety and audit readiness, and managing shift handovers. The role includes paid overtime, a route to Fulfilment Centre Manager, site audit bonuses, and 28 days of holiday.
