The role supervises and coaches employees, manages documentation and inventory, controls product movement, supports safety, quality, production, scheduling, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and product-change projects, and requires full-shift availability. Candidates need vocational or technical education, several years of shift-supervision experience in a high-volume production environment, German and English language skills, and IT proficiency. Compensation starts at €59,937 per year, with Tesla shares or bonuses and additional benefits.
