Avery's House is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor Clinical Assistant (BHT) for the overnight shift in Boise, Idaho. The role provides daily support to residents of structured recovery housing, assists with mental health and substance abuse care, maintains communication and documentation, supports clinical and housing staff, and helps with orientation, audits, fire drills, and facility inspections. The position requires a valid Idaho driver's license, background and drug screening, physical ability to lift 25+ pounds, at least two years of behavioral health experience, and management experience; it pays from $22 per hour and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
