Starbucks is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Buchanan store to assist the store manager during shifts, take charge of the store, support baristas, train new team members, delegate tasks, provide fast service, deliver quality products and beverages, and maintain a clean and comfortable environment. The role requires at least one year of staff-supervision experience, availability for weekends and holidays, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage others and learn quickly.
