Pond Security Service GmbH is hiring a Shift Supervisor (Control Room) for an international client site in Mainz, starting 01.09.2026. The role monitors and controls video surveillance, access control, intrusion and fire alarm, and building management systems; conducts patrols and digital walk-throughs; evaluates alarms and faults; initiates security and emergency measures; documents incidents; and coordinates with internal and external contacts. The position requires a GSSK or equivalent qualification, several years of security-services experience, leadership or shift-supervisor experience, German and English B2 skills, a clean criminal record, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to work a 24/7 three-shift schedule. Compensation is €18.98 per hour plus collective-agreement allowances.
