Starbucks is hiring Shift Supervisors for its Gallery Plaza store at Double Tree. The role assists the store manager during shifts, takes charge of the store, supports baristas, trains new team members, delegates tasks, and maintains fast service, quality products and beverages, and a clean environment. Candidates need at least one year of prior staff-supervision experience, a passion for coffee and people, weekend and holiday availability, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage others and learn quickly.
