CEVA Logistics is hiring a Shift Supervisor – E-Commerce to oversee a defined inbound or outbound area at an e-commerce logistics center. The role leads shift teams, plans and assigns work, ensures process, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards, monitors KPIs, conducts inventory checks, maintains equipment and picking technology, documents damage cases, supports onboarding, and collaborates with Operations Management and other departments. Candidates need a degree or vocational training in supply chain, logistics, or business administration, relevant experience, leadership experience with teams of up to 100 employees, knowledge of inbound and outbound processes, SAP R3, WMS/ERP, and Microsoft Office experience, powered industrial truck authorization, shift-work suitability, and excellent English skills.
