Shift Supervisor role at Idaho Youth Ranch for the new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience in Caldwell, Idaho. The position leads and supervises direct care staff in a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility for youth, supports onboarding and training, and ensures program standards and procedures are followed during overnight 12-hour shifts.
