EssCo is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor, Energy and Utilities for its modern energy center in Grenzach. The role oversees technical plant facilities, manages shift personnel, authorizes energy and utilities switching with a qualified electrician, operates and maintains facilities, organizes repairs, and conducts safety and quality inspections. Candidates need an electrical master craftsman or technician qualification, power plant master craftsman qualification, professional experience ideally in combined heat and power or energy supply shift operations, safety awareness, teamwork, flexibility, and very good German. The position offers 37.5 hours per week, retirement and pension benefits, sports classes, and occupational health services.
