The role oversees kitchen operations, opening, preparation, closing, service, staffing, safety, sanitation, equipment, ordering, and operational costs, while leading and developing restaurant employees. It is available full-time and part-time, with overnight shifts generally running from late evening through early morning, and pays $20.00 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour premium for hours worked between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
