Westhab is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its 24-hour homeless shelter in New York City. The role supervises security staff and specialized security-system assignments, trains employees, responds to incidents and emergencies, conducts safety inspections, supports fire drills, and maintains client and staff safety. The position requires mandatory overtime, a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a New York State Security Guard License, a Fire Guard License F80, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification, and familiarity with shelter protocols. The salary is $24.00 per hour.
