The Shift Supervisor for Roller Shutter Armor/Blind Manufacturing will oversee the manufacturing process for roller shutter armor and blinds, including locking, custom finishing, packaging, production quality, dimensional accuracy, machine setup, and minor automation malfunctions. The role leads seven employees, handles onboarding and accident prevention, and requires technical vocational training, manufacturing experience, knowledge of automated cutting-to-size and assembly systems, shift availability, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP software.
