Shift Supervisor, Foundry at tabelgruppe

TABEL Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its foundry in Fürstenwalde, Germany. The role combines shift leadership with hands-on production work, including team scheduling, order-data collection, parts inspection and cleaning, process monitoring, quality checks, personnel planning, cost reporting, and bottleneck resolution. Candidates need experience leading employees, ideally metal or casting knowledge, excellent German, process-control and cost-reporting skills, and willingness to work shifts on the shop floor. The position pays €3,000–€3,500 gross per month depending on experience and qualifications.
