Description
The Shift Supervisor oversees daily warehouse and transportation operations during assigned shifts, managing employees, coordinating workflows, monitoring performance, maintaining safety and quality standards, documenting activities, and responding to operational disruptions. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of supervisory or lead experience in transportation, warehousing, or logistics, knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse management systems, flexible availability, and United States work authorization. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or higher in a related field, transportation management software and inventory control experience, occupational safety or warehouse management certification, leadership training, and bilingual communication skills.
