Compass Group is hiring immediately for full- and part-time Shift Supervisors at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. The role directs associates during a specific shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training, creates schedules, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests. Previous management experience is preferred, and the pay range is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.
