Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Starbucks at the University of Toledo, located at 2801 Bancroft Street, Toledo, Ohio. The role directs associates during a shift, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains employees, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with a fixed pay rate of $20.25 per hour. Barista, retail, and food-service experience are required; supervisory or lead experience is preferred, and Starbucks experience is a plus.
