Compass Group is hiring an immediate full-time Shift Supervisor for Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. The role directs associates during a specific shift, oversees job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests. The schedule is Sunday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with pay of $16.00 to $22.00 per hour. At least three years of supervisory experience is required, and applications are accepted online on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
