Compass Group is hiring full-time Shift Supervisors for Rider Daly's in Lawrence Township, New Jersey. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training, creates schedules, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday with hours that may vary, and prior ServSafe certification is required. Pay is $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, with an internal employee referral bonus available.
