Compass Group’s ESFM division is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor in Miramar, Florida. The role directs associates during a specific shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training and schedules, evaluates and develops workers, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints and time-off requests. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with online applications accepted and experience preferred. Pay is $15.00 to $19.00 per hour, and full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
