ESFM is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor to direct associates during a specific shift, ensure job expectations and policies are met, create work schedules, train workers, evaluate performance, prepare reports, and handle employee complaints or time-off requests. The role is based at 16825 Churnovic Lane, Crest Hill, Illinois, with multiple shifts available and online applications accepted. Previous supervisory experience is required; janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience is preferred.
