Compass Group is hiring full-time SHIFT SUPERVISORS at Gourmet Dining & Chartwells Higher Education in Jersey City, New Jersey. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training, creates schedules, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests.
