Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its food-service operation at the University of Maryland - Baltimore County. The role directs shift activities, oversees completed work expectations, maintains policies and procedures, trains and schedules associates, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints and requests. The position requires a previous catering supervisory experience, setup and breakdown work, staff management, and client interaction; nights and weekends are required based on business needs. Pay is $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, with ongoing applications accepted until the position is filled.
