Compass Group’s ESFM division is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at 3M’s facility in New Ulm, Minnesota. The role directs associates during a specific shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training and schedules, evaluates performance, prepares reports, handles employee complaints and time-off requests, and may mentor employees. Sanitation and safety knowledge are required; janitorial, PIV, and floor-care experience are a plus. The position pays $19.00 to $22.00 per hour and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
